City Officer Channel

Due to an oversight in permissions it seems the Officer channel was not restricted to just officers within the city. This problem has been corrected. Now anyone holding an office within the city can access and post in this channel.

Are the people with access. All others will not be able to see what's posted. In an effort to fix this issue the previous post that was within the channel had to be deleted. As it didn't make any sense to have people, Like Diplomats, posting there.

I blame the Story Teller. Mind you I didn't say it was his fault, just that I'm blaming him...
