Cowboys and Aliens

Don't know if anyone has seen this yet, but it caught my eye today. Iron Man director, Ron Howard/Brian Glazier producing and executive producer Steven Spielberg. Wow, even Harrison Ford and Daniel Craig. Could be a crappy movie but wow.

Ive seen the trailer for it. I cant believe Harrison Ford is in this movie. This is waaaaaaay beneath him. Im so passing on that movie. Crap in a bottle if you ask me.

I still haven't seen Warriors Way.

I'll try not to make prejudgments but you do have a point, I'll still check it out

I've heard Warriors Way was actually very good and had a suprisingly deep story to it. I haven't seen it yet either so can't confirm or deny.

A guy on Myspace who actually takes Ninjutsu said it sucked. But maybe he was all serious poo pooing about it.

Some guy on Myspace or some guy you know and trust his opinion who just happen to talk about it on Myspace? And the fact it sounds like he was throwing around that he takes Ninjustu in his critique of the movie to me makes it highly suspect that he is judging it more on how accurate the martial arts in it was vs how entertaining the movie as a whole was. I don't expect Hollywood to get the martial arts styles quite right as they have to dress them up to make them more flashy.

He didn't "throw" that in there in his critque at all. I asked him about the movie. He doesn't just take the art, he teaches it, he's also a supplier of martial arts gear. I don't know him like I know you but he's someone I talk to on Myspace and have friended.

Well, I'm more than willing to suspend my disbelief for a good story. If I judged movies on how "right" they were I'd watch very few.
